Activity
Head outside with your child and pick some physical activity that he has mastered such as running or swinging. Then, think of a way to make the activity difficult, such as running backward or swinging using just one leg. Enjoy the humor of doing the activity in a silly way. Then, have a quick discussion about how it feels for it to be hard to do something. Ask your child if he knows anyone who has a hard time doing something. Talk about how that person might feel.
