Cathryn R. Milkey, J.D.

Cathryn R. Milkey is a lawyer in Denver, Colorado, and former General Counsel for a group of private investment companies, a golf course, and two foundations.  In addition to her legal roles, Cathy also previously served as the Vice President of Considine Scholars Foundation, where she uses her education and management background to help Denver inner-city students.  Before joining CSF, Cathy spent five years at Denver’s largest law firm, working on corporate and real estate transactions.  Cathy graduated from Notre Dame Law School in 2006 and from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill with a double major in Psychology and Mathematics in 2000.  After college, Cathy worked for a market research firm then joined AmeriCorps for a year.  In addition to her professional pursuits, she has served with many non-profits, including as the President of a Denver neighborhood association and as a volunteer teaching English to native-Spanish speakers.
